Returns 
Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  
How long dose it takes for my refund or exchange to be processed?
Refunds & exchanges are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the item(s) back at our warehouse. Weekends aren’t included in working days and we only begin this countdown when the items are in our warehouse, not when they were posted back, so please bear this in mind especially if you’re returning internationally!
Can I get my refund on a different card?
Unfortunately, we can only ever issue refunds back to the original method of payment supplied at checkout. If you have lost or cancelled your card, this will not affect your refund as your bank will be able to transfer your payment over to your new account. You can discuss this further with your payment provider. 
 
 Can I return Swimwear?
Yes providing your item is returned in its original condition with tags and the hygiene labels intact. If Hygiene label's are removed refunds will not be processed. Contact us before making a refund.  
 
Deliveries 
Expected delivery dates will appear when you get to checkout and we are aware of slight delays to US, Canada, France, Spain and some locations within the UK. We are working closely with our couriers to ensure each parcel is delivered safely.
 
My Item has arrived Damaged or Faulty
We're extremely sorry to hear this has happened to your item(s). All products are checked before they are dispatched to their new home. Your item might have slipped through the net or might have been damaged out on delivery. Please send images to info@shaniika.com. we will have this looked into immediately. 
 
My item became damaged after wear
We’re sorry to hear this has happened to your item. We pride ourselves on the quality and truly believe they should last and not just one wear or wash! Please attach an image of the damaged item in an email to info@shaniika.com and one of our customer service advisors will be in touch with a solution!
